The Jump back in tiles at the top of your dashboard carry real dates now, and return you to where you actually were.
What's new:
Why it matters: The tiles tell you what is due and how long you have, and put you back exactly where you stopped.

Your documents tag themselvesWhen you build plans or a renewal, you tell Plansight which benefits you're working on and then upload your documents. The AI now reads each document as it lands and tags it with the benefits it actually contains.
What's new:
Why it matters: Your uploads start out described correctly, and the AI spends its time on the benefits that are genuinely in the file.

On Community Rated, the plans you select become a pool to build from rather than a single plan group.
What's new:
Why it matters: You already know which plans you want. This gets you from that to quotes in one pass, with the cost of each group visible before it exists.

__________________________________________________________________________________________
Each part of a carrier rep's RFP distribution rule is now its own column on the Carrier Reps page.
What's new:
Why it matters: A question like "who gets our California medical RFPs for the Boise office" is one filter, instead of opening reps one at a time.

__________________________________________________________________________________________
Critical Illness now offers a per $1,000 of coverage basis alongside the per-unit basis it has always used.
What's new:
Why it matters: Carriers who quote per $1,000 now compare directly against carriers who quote per unit, so your rate tables line up across the market.
__________________________________________________________________________________________
Everything that makes up a self-funded medical plan now gathers into one panel that prices the program with the arithmetic shown line by line, and two new reports present the result.
What's new:
Why it matters: The program is priced in one place with the math visible, and your analysts get an exhibit they can reconcile line by line against the carrier's contract.

Open the plan builder, choose Medical, and when it asks whether your current plan is community rated, say yes. Answer two quick questions: how many plan options your customer has and when they went into effect, and Plansight gives you your plans. Pick yours from the list (filter or search to get there fast). That's it. No census, no data entry. Your plans are in force, details filled in, SBCs attached.
When you're ready, one click says so. Plansight confirms the plans you already have and the order you want them in, takes your census the way it always has, and builds the rates for your current plans and your renewal.
While that happens, Scout prepares your presentation and a draft marketing event in case you want to go out to market. Open the presentation and the market response is already there: the renewal calculated.
Why it matters: Your community-rated groups' current plans go in with a few clicks and no census, and the renewal that follows is one click: rates, presentation, and a marketing event, ready when you are.
It's already live in your account.

Set up a follow-up sequence once and Plansight takes it from there, sending your reminder emails to the carriers who still owe a quote on an RFP and asking only about the benefit lines still open. Carriers drop out of the sequence on their own once they respond, and anyone still silent at the deadline lands in a Needs Outreach queue so your team knows exactly who needs a call.
The employer overview now runs Plans, then Presentations, then Marketing. What was "RFPs" is now "Marketing," and "Start RFP" is now "Start Marketing Event," the language brokers already use.
Eight new Accident plan attributes, including ICU, X-Ray, Medical Imaging, and non-emergency Transportation. Every new line starts off on your saved templates, so nothing on your proposals changes until you turn one on.
Medical plans now carry a Coinsurance Maximum attribute, sitting right beside Out-of-Pocket Maximum everywhere it appears. It's off by default, so if your market doesn't publish one, nothing changes for you. For ACA plans, add the value once in your ACA plan library when you certify the plan, and it stays on the plan design from then on.
Medical plans get a Lab / Blood Work row, separate from imaging. Turn it on in your template and the value fills in from the API automatically.
Everything is already live in your account.

Scout is a new assistant built right into Plansight. Instead of digging through docs or emailing support, just ask.
What's new
DHMO is now its own benefit type. You can quote and present prepaid dental (DHMO) plans directly in Plansight, with per-procedure member costs and the same tiered rate math as your other dental plans.

AI now reads stop-loss proposals. Upload a stop-loss quote the same way you upload any other carrier document, and Plansight auto-fills the specific and aggregate coverage, deductibles, lasers, corridor, and rates — no manual entry.

More contacts in your RFP cover letters. Drop the Producer, Account Manager, or RFP Owner — name, email, and phone — straight into a cover letter. Plansight fills them in automatically from each person's profile.
What's new
New merge fields for Producer, Account Manager, and RFP Owner — each with name, email, and phone, pulled automatically from that person's Plansight profile
"Benefit Primary Contact" is renamed RFP Owner, to match what you already see on the RFP Contacts screen

This release gives your team back time. Renewals in a few clicks, AI that shows its work, and three more updates we think you'll love.
Renewing existing plans no longer means rebuilding the RFP and presentation from scratch. Select the current plans you want to renew, drop the renewal documents in, and Plansight builds the comparison presentation for you.
What's new
Why it matters: Renewals are one of the most repetitive workflows in the year. This update cuts the manual data entry and the copy-paste errors that come with it.

If your medical and ancillary teams each build their own presentations for the same client, you can now combine them into a single, unified presentation.
What's new
A few rules to know:
• You can't combine two presentations that share the same benefit type
• For Small Group Community Rated Medical, the medical presentation must be the destination
• You can rename presentations directly from the table now
Why it matters: Clients want one consolidated view. This eliminates the rebuilding and copy-paste across presentations.

Plansight's AI already extracts plan details, rates, and benefits from your carrier documents. New this release: when you review the extracted values on the right, the source page on the left rolls automatically to the exact spot the AI pulled each number from.
What's new
Why it matters: Verification used to mean flipping back and forth through PDFs. Now your eyes go to the value, and the source comes with you. Faster reviews, fewer mistakes, more trust in the data.

No more re-typing what didn't come as a PDF. Drop the file and Plansight AI extracts plans, rates, and benefits the same way it does today.
What's new
Why it matters: No more manually exporting Word or Excel files to PDF before uploading. Whatever the carrier sends, Plansight handles.

Plan names in your medical presentation now wrap to a second line automatically when they're too long for a single row, so clients always see the full plan name.
Why it matters: One of the most consistently requested fixes from our partners. We're glad to deliver it.

When you're running an RFP, not every benefit line needs carrier quotes — but your presentation still needs to show the full picture for your client.
Now it can, with less work on your end. The RFP Wizard now lets you skip the wizard steps for non-marketed benefit lines. If a plan like dental is staying put and not going to market, you don't have to touch that tab. Plansight will automatically pull the current and renewal from the plans already on file for that group and include them in the presentation for you.
You only answer questions on the lines you're actually taking to market. Everything else is handled automatically — so your presentation is still complete, and your RFP setup is a lot faster.

Electing plans in Plansight just got even easier. With the refined election experience, you can select and confirm plans directly within the presentation in just a few clicks — and if anything needs to change, updating or revising elections after the fact is just as simple.
The whole process is designed to be clean and low-friction from start to finish, so you can finalize the right package for your client quickly and adjust on the fly if needed.

Managing your carrier rep distribution rules just got a whole lot faster. On the carrier rep page, you can now download a pre-formatted Excel template, make your changes — whether that's adding new carrier reps or updating existing distribution rules — and import it all at once.
The template has all the rules built in to guide you through the process, so formatting is straightforward and imports go smoothly. No more updating reps one at a time. Make your changes in bulk, import, and you're done.

Finding the right plans just got faster. On the community-rated plans page, you can now create, save, and set default filters so your search stays exactly where you left it. Whether you're filtering by deductible, network, monthly premium, or any other criteria, your filters persist as you make selections and navigate through the presentation so you never have to start your search over from scratch.
Set your defaults once and let Plansight do the rest.

We’ve added support for BenefitPoint accounts that use multiple benefit summaries per plan.
If your organization structures plans this way in BenefitPoint, you can now select and map the appropriate benefit summary when pushing plans from Plansight. This update is now live, ensuring that plans and rates align correctly during the push.
This change only affects a small set of BenefitPoint users, but it removes a key limitation for teams using multiple summaries per plan.

You can now attach documents to individual carriers directly from the Distribution page in Plansight. You can send it only to them with no extra steps, no oversharing. This update keeps your RFPs compliant with carrier requirements and makes document distribution far more precise and effortless.

We’ve added a new Office column and filter to your dashboard tables. It’s now much easier to review RFP activity across your organization and quickly narrow results by office.

We’ve added a powerful new enhancement to Plansight — the ability to illustrate HRA utilization directly within the platform.
This new feature lets you illustrate how an HRA covers deductible gaps — showing plan vs. administered deductibles, coinsurance, and estimated utilization — all in one place.
Your results now display in BenefitBuilder, where you’ll see HRA administrative costs and utilization details, and automatically flow through to the Analysis and Recommendations page.

We’ve updated how In-Force Plans sync from RFPs to employer profiles.
When you build a plan through the RFP wizard and verify it on the side-by-side view, you now have the option to save it as the In-Force Plan. Choosing “Yes” will automatically add it to the employer’s profile.

If you start an RFP using an existing In-Force Plan and make updates inside the presentation, those edits no longer sync automatically. Instead, when you save the Current Plan as complete, you’ll be asked whether you want to replace the existing plan in the employer’s plan section.

This change gives you full control over when and how your employer plans update—no more automatic overwrites, just deliberate, informed choices.
