We are aware of an issue currently with some services routing through our US servers. UK servers for Phone, Email and Bank Validation are now working again and these services should be fully functional.
Address Auto-Complete is still showing issues and our team are working on a resolution.

We are aware of an issue currently affecting a number of our services. Our teams are working to identify the cause and solution.

We are aware of an issue with our Phone Validation API, caused by outages of AWS in the Pacific US affecting our upstream phone validation service providers.
As this is related to 3rd party providers we will be monitoring the issue and providing updates as soon as possible, as they are received from AWS.
We are aware of an issue with our Address Auto-Complete API for users accessing via our EU servers. Connections will be rerouted via our US servers to maintain service availability until the EU server issues are resolved.
